Asmik Ace, Inc. was established in 1998 through the merger of its predecessors, Asmik, Cop. and Ace Pictures, Inc.
In 2012, the company became a subsidiary of Jupiter Telecommunications, Japan's largest cable TV operator, and is expanding its distribution business together with J:COM, KDDI and Sumitomo Corporation.
Over the years, Asmik Ace, Inc. has produced and distributed more than 100 live-action and animated films and TV series. Its recent line-up includes animated films "A New Dawn" (2025) and "Hyakuemu." (2025).
